Analytics & Reporting

A live dashboard and a monthly review that explains what moved and why.

A report you can act on, not a PDF you file.

What breaks here

Most practices receive a monthly billing report full of numbers that cannot answer the only question that matters: are we being served well? Denials appear as a percentage rather than a pattern. Aged A/R appears as a total rather than a set of decisions somebody made.

That is a design choice rather than an accident. Reporting that cannot reveal a problem protects whoever produced it, and by the time a trend is obvious in the totals it has usually been running for two quarters.

What we do about it

You get live access from day one, at no extra charge — charges, collections, A/R aging, denial categories by originating stage, payer performance and provider-level coding patterns. If a number moves you can click through to the claims that moved it.

Once a month we get on a call and go through it. Not an emailed summary: an actual conversation about what changed, what we are doing about it, and which of our own service commitments we missed. Reports that only ever contain good news are not reports.

Net collection rate is the line that reveals a problem. It is also the one most reports leave off.

The outcome

“Can I see the dashboard before I sign, and does it cost extra?”

Ask us this on the first call. We will answer it with numbers from your own claims, not a brochure.
