Practice Growth
Referral tracking, payer mix analysis and the operational work behind adding providers.
Growth is an operations problem before it is a marketing one.
What breaks here
Practices usually try to grow by adding patients, then discover the constraint was somewhere else entirely — a payer contract paying below cost, a provider who cannot bill for four months because credentialing was started late, or a referral source that quietly stopped sending anyone.
None of that shows up in a marketing plan. It shows up in the revenue cycle, which is where we already are.
What we do about it
We analyse your payer mix against your contracted rates so you can see which payers are worth more volume and which are costing you to serve. That is often the fastest available improvement and it requires no new patients at all.
When you add a provider, credentialing starts before their first day rather than after it, so they are billable when they start seeing patients. We also track referral sources against actual collected revenue, so you know which relationships are worth the time.
The outcome
“Which of my payers is actually paying below my cost to serve them?”
Ask us this on the first call. We will answer it with numbers from your own claims, not a brochure.
